Customised and Wholesale Orders

We are happy to explore possibilities for bespoke orders such as wedding favours, corporate events and other special and promotional occasions with colours, scents and personal messaging to meet your needs.

Delivery

 

At this time we offer deliveries to UK mainland only

We aim to dispatch stock orders within 1-2 working days

 

UK Delivery

We currently offer UK Shipping via Royal Mail

Standard rates will be sent 2nd Class Postage (£3.50)

Upgrade to 1st Class Postage available at checkout (£5.95)

Upgrade to Tracked 24 available at checkout (£8.30)

Free standard delivery for all orders over £70

Free Local Delivery within 4 miles of our Pease Pottage Studio, RH11. 

We’ll deliver free for orders over £20 to postcodes within 4 miles of our studio.

Returns & Refunds

We greatly appreciate you supporting our small eco business and want you to be completely happy with your purchases.

 

Should you wish to return a product, we will be happy to refund you provided you return the product(s) appropriately packaged and undamaged within 14 calendar days of your purchase. You will be responsible for shipment costs and obtaining and holding a proof of posting is recommended.

 

Once received, your returned item(s), will be inspected and if appropriate your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For some credit and debit card payments it may take 5 - 10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us without delay at hello@positivelyglowing.co.uk
