    Too large for original casing

    The candles although of high quality are of no use as they do fit the original casing. I did try to put on top of original candle holder, but it burned a hole through the candle. So I can’t use them

    Hello Brigid. As explained in my email response to your query, zero waste wax plugs are designed to perfectly fit the glass tealights included in zero waste starter kits only and not the standard disposable aluminium tealight cups. These are available to purchase. You purchased a zero waste refill kit which clearly states this information.
